We aim to call you back the same day during working hours, Mon-Sat 8am-6pm. From there we'll book a free survey at a time that suits you, usually within a few days, to measure up and design your system.
Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation survey where we look at your roof, check orientation and shading, and give you a fixed written quote with an honest estimate of what your system should generate. No pressure and no pushy sales talk.
Yes. Our installations come with an IWA 5-year insurance-backed warranty, so the cover stands even if circumstances change, and your panels, inverter and battery are covered by their own manufacturer warranties on top. You get all the paperwork in writing once the job is signed off.
Not necessarily, but most homes get more out of the system with one. Without storage you use what you generate as you generate it and export the rest; with a battery you keep the daytime surplus and use it in the evening. We'll show you both options at the survey with your own usage in front of you, so you can decide.
It depends on your roof, how much electricity you use and when you use it, so we won't quote a headline figure before we've seen the property. What we will do is design the system around your actual bills and give you a generation estimate for your roof, not a showroom average.
Most domestic solar installs are permitted development and won't need planning permission, though listed buildings and conservation areas can be different and we'll tell you straight if yours is. Scaffolding is usually needed for safe access, and we arrange and price it up front so there are no surprises.
A typical domestic panel and battery install is done in a day, sometimes two on a larger or more complex roof. We'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote and keep you posted if anything changes.
